Hebrews 4:14-16
“Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens—Jesus the Son of God—let us hold fast to our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin. Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need.”
Jesus came to the world and lived a human life. He was tempted like us, but without sin. He understands our battles, He went through temptations similar to yours.
Prayer:
Thank you Father for sending Jesus. We can come confidently asking for your help, to fight against our own desires. Thank you for rescuing us and for erasing our sin. How incredible that you took our place and paid what we deserved to pay for our evil! We praise you and thank you forever!
